Our highly skilled team have a proven track record of successful delivery to the highest safety standards. We have a workforce of site managers, supervisors, drillers, shotfirers and MPU operators, who alternate between machinery and tasks, which give our team’s great flexibility.

Drill Services

Our fleet of drill rigs provide a broad range of drilling capabilities with holes ranging from 89mm to 311mm in diameter. Our capability extends to the provision of drilling services for contour development work and production blast patterns.

BGC's drill equipment is serviced on a regular and scheduled basis to deliver a high standard of machine availability. Our key focus is on preventative maintenance to ensure minimum down times. Our in-house knowledge, ability and expertise are able to fulfil all maintenance requirements pertaining to our current drill fleet. Additionally, we maintain service agreements with Atlas Copco to ensure high availability of machines.

Explosives Supply

Bulk explosives supply, blasting accessories and storage is a critical part of our contracts. We own and operate a fleet of modern MPU’s that are equipped with the latest technology and safety systems, which enables us to provide onsite bulk explosives safely, and efficiently.

Every mine is different, with unique operational and commercial goals. We have a number of experienced mining professionals that can design and maximise blast outcomes. Focusing on fragmentation, dilution or wall control, our services can be adapted to meet specific needs of each individual operation.
